Leads and Contacts are people. Accounts are companies. Converting Leads to Contacts will keep the Contact and move all of the attached objects from the Lead to the Contact. Converting Leads to Accounts will convert the Leads to Contacts that are now associated with the existing Account.
When manually reviewing your duplicate Contact records, Cloudingo will associate the merged Contacts with the Account linked to the Master record. You may select a different Account (click ) or create a new Account (click ) on the Merge Preview column.
