Should you find yourself needing help from our support team, you can securely grant support access right within your Salesforce account. Don’t worry – our support team can only see baseline statistics on your Salesforce org and will not be able to view or edit any data.

Important: You must have the Cloudingo Agent installed and connected to your Salesforce org.

 

Salesforce Classic Instructions


Step 1

Click on your name in Salesforce and select the “Setup” option.


Alternatively, click on your name in Salesforce and select the “My Settings” option.


Step 2

Select the “Grant Login Access” option in the My Personal Information menu.


Alternatively, select the “Grant Account Login Access” option in the Personal menu.


Step 3

  1. Find “Symphonic Source” and select a time option.
  2. Click “Save.”



Salesforce Lightning Instructions


Step 1

Click the icon in the upper right and select the “Settings” option


Step 2

Expand the My Personal Information section and select “Grant Login Access”


Step 3

  1. Find “Symphonic Source” and pick the time window allotted.
  2. Click “Save”
