Cloudingo offers a variety of report options. To access the reports, go to the Report Module from the Dashboard Menu.

Once in the Report Dashboard, there is ‘Reports’ menu option at the top, right corner of the page that gives you a list of all available (and selected) reports that can be visible on your Report Dashboard.

Activity Stream Errors/Warnings

This is an exportable report listing the Activity Stream merge, convert, or data maintenance job failures. Run this report when you see failures in the Activity Stream and need a reportable list of the errors, or when your automation job has finished and you have remaining results in the filter (maybe indicating there could have been failures).

Result output displays:
Message Header – the group name
Message Text – the specific details of the error returned when the job failed
Message Error – generic failure message (such as convert failed, skipped, etc.)
Description – type of job (merge, convert, etc.)
MessageSource – filter that was running when the job failed
Date – when the job failed to process

**This report can be exported to Excel or PDF.**


Callback Integration Activity

(Only needed for Enterprise license users with API Integration configured and enabled)


Data Maintenance Audit Report

Gives a list of specific records that have been updated or deleted from Salesforce by means of a Cloudingo Data Maintenance job for specified time range.

Result (full report) output displays:
GroupID – internal number for the group in Cloudingo that was updated/deleted
Action – type of job performed (Data Maintenance)
FromType – Object that filter was created on (Contact, Lead, Account, etc.) to obtain the records desired for update
ToType – Object that filter was created on (Contact, Lead, Account, etc.) for update *Note, in most cases, the from type & to type will be the same on Data Maintenance jobs*
Master – True/False – Record ID displayed is the ‘master’ record (or record chosen for update when evaluating Data Maintenance results)
SalesforceID – The unique Salesforce Record ID for the record updated/deleted
DisplayName – The unique display name for Data Maintenance filter results
MaintenanceDate – Date Data Maintenance job was performed
User – indicates the user that was logged into Cloudingo performing the merge or convert


Data Maintenance Automation Report

The dashboard graph report will display a quick overview of your (currently running or past) automation jobs for the specified time range. The intended purpose for this report is to give real-time feedback on your jobs running (or recent jobs) and also to show what jobs are queued or scheduled.

The full report will give additional information related to the automation jobs run during the specified time range such as number of jobs per day, number/percentage of successful, skipped or unprocessed merges or converts as a result of the job, the current status of the job, etc.



Data Maintenance (Summary) Report

Gives a list of specific records that have been updated or deleted from Salesforce by means of a Cloudingo Data Maintenance job for specified time range.

Result (full report) output displays:
Date record was updated or deleted
Action that was performed on the records (update, delete, etc.)
From indicating the object the updated/deleted record came from
ID displays the unique Salesforce Record ID for the record that was merged/deleted
To indicating the object that the surviving/master record resided (and what object the other non-master records were merged into)
ID displays the unique Salesforce Record ID for the master/surviving record that the other record(s) were merged into
**Note: the ‘From’, ‘ID’ & ‘To’ fields will most likely be the same for this report on records that have been updated or deleted as a result of Data Maintenance filters**
Success – true or false indicating that the merge or convert was completed successfully
Message – for failed updates/deletes, the message reason will display in this column
Job Name – filter that was being used at the time the update or delete was performed
Job Run Date – to indicate the last time the filter calculation was performed prior to the merge or convert
User – indicates the user that was logged into Cloudingo performing the merge or convert


Dedupe Audit (Summary) Report

Gives a list of specific records that have been merged or converted in Salesforce by means of a Cloudingo dedupe job for specified time range.

Result default output displays (results output can be configured for additional fields):
GroupID – internal number for the group in Cloudingo that was updated/deleted
Action – that was performed on the records (merge, convert, etc.)
FromType – indicates the object the merged/deleted record came from
ToType – indicates the object that the surviving/master record resided (and what object the other non-master records were merged into)
Master – True/False – Record ID displayed is the ‘master’ record
SalesforceID – The unique Salesforce Record ID for the record merged or converted
DisplayName – The Cloudingo Group Name for the group of records
MergeDate – Date & Time that the merge or convert was performed
User – indicates the user that was logged into Cloudingo performing the merge or convert
**Any additional fields configured for Audit will display in a separate column. The value displayed will be the value obtained from the record prior to the merge or convert.**


Dedupe Automation Report

Dedupe Filter Counts Report

Gives current count of all duplicates detected in dashboard filters. Dashboard filters may need to be recalculated to reflect change in counts.



Duplicates Eliminated

Gives a total count of duplicates per object that have been eliminated from Salesforce (for jobs processed through Cloudingo) during the specified time range.


Merge/Convert (Summary) Report

Gives a list of specific duplicates eliminated from within Cloudingo for specified time range.

Result output displays:
Date of merge or convert
Action that was performed on the records (merge or convert)
From indicates the object the merged/deleted record came from
ID displays the unique Salesforce Record ID for the record that was merged/deleted
To indicates the object that the surviving/master record resided (and what object the other non-master records were merged into)
ID displays the unique Salesforce Record ID for the master/surviving record that the other record(s) were merged into
**Note: the first ID column is the list of ID(s) that were merged/deleted and the second ID column is the master/surviving record ID
If multiple records were converted into the same master record, the ‘From’ ID column will display all Salesforce Record IDs combined into one column**
Success – true or false indicating that the merge or convert was completed successfully
Filter Name – filter that was being used at the time the merge or convert was performed
Filter Run Date – to indicate the last time the filter calculation was performed prior to the merge or convert
User – indicates the user that was logged into Cloudingo performing the merge or convert

Record Action Report

Gives counts per job type (address validation, convert, merge, update, etc) per day to show what type of activity is being performed within Cloudingo during specified date range.



User Activity Report

Available for Enterprise License to report back all user activity within Cloudingo. This report is limited to Super User (admin) roles by default, and can be used as a managerial report.


User Login Activity Report

Available for Enterprise License to report back all Cloudingo date & times for user logins. This report is limited to Super User (admin) roles by default, and can be used as a managerial report.



Webservice Integration Activity

(Only needed for Enterprise license users with API Integration configured and enabled)



Each report on the dashboard has a menu with available options to specify date ranges of results that need to be viewed, schedule reports to run & be emailed, export options for the dashboard graph reports, and the ability (on most reports) to run a full report where specific record details (including unique Salesforce record IDs that have been processed through Cloudingo) can be exported to a CSV file.

Choose the 3 lines at the top right corner of any dashboard report to get to a specific report’s menu options.

Refresh

Updates the result counts since the last time the report ran.


Change Options

Allows you to change the date range specified (either to a set range or custom date range on some reports).


Schedule

Allows you to setup an email of the report results to any email of your choice. You can specify more than one email. The report can be set to run & email as scheduled one time only, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc. The schedule can be set to run & email on specific days of the week and time of day. Set the date range that you want the results in the report to display under ‘Current Options’.


Export

Export the dashboard graph report results to Excel (graph only), Excel w/Data (graph with Metric Counts only), JPEG (graph only), PDF (graph only), PDF w/Data (graph with Metric Counts only), PNG (graph only), WORD (graph only), WORD w/Data (graph with Metric Counts only).


Hide

Unchecks the report (in the Report menu options) so that the report is hidden from the dashboard.


Full Report

(Only available on select reports)

Choose a date range and click ‘Run’.


After report results are returned, there will be an option to ‘Export’ the results (in the top, right corner next to the ‘Run’ option).

The export will generate a CSV file download that will give you the option to Open or Save.
