We’ve pre-built filters based on customer feedback that we think are the most important, such as Last Name and Email Address on Leads and Contacts. These filters would be a great starting place and can also serve as templates to build your own filters.

There are three ways to merge duplicate records: manual merge allows you to view the duplicates side-by-side and make decisions on how to merge them; mass merge allows you to select multiple groups and merge with a click of a button; auto merge runs automation jobs to merge all of the duplicates in a filter automatically based on user-defined settings.
Yes, Cloudingo works on all standard and custom fields.
Basic and Standard licenses come with a single user ID. Enterprise license customers can create multiple permission-based logins, which can be used to control who has access to what Cloudingo features and functions, and how those users are able to work with Salesforce data.
Customer security and privacy are at the forefront of every decision we make regarding development, support, and expansion of Cloudingo. Customer information and data is neither stored nor cached. Cloudingo has no access to customer Salesforce data or any data that Cloudingo reports. Our staff also does not have access to login credentials to Cloudingo or to Salesforce.
An annual license allows an organization to manage up to 300,000 records. An additional $100 fee is applied for every additional 100,000 records.
By being in the cloud, Cloudingo has more flexibility in the user interface and functionality which can be limited directly inside Salesforce.
If your business is growing, your data is changing. A clean database requires ongoing maintenance, not just a one-time initial scan. Cleaning often can mean more effective sales and marketing strategies, while not cleaning your database frequently enough can mean crossed lines and stale information.
Cloudingo works with Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited and Performance Editions of Salesforce.
Yes. Any and all information that you see and interact with inside Cloudingo is protected using industry standard encryption. The Cloudingo application – and all of its components – rest securely behind server firewalls. We also enforce a strict password policy that includes complexity requirements, password history, forced resets, notification of password changes, lockouts, etc.
