When this message appears, your user profile is missing appropriate permissions on the Salesforce side. Have your Administrator check your profile to ensure that the 'View All Data' and 'Modify All Data' options are enabled. This is a requirement for you to be able to query some related object data (like related Latest Activity Date as an example).

If this permission is for sure not allowed by your Administrator, our Support Team can also disable subquery on the server side for your Account. This setting is done at the org level, and will impact all users using Cloudingo. This will not impact how the merge processes in Salesforce, but it will impact the data that can be viewed in the Merge Preview page. You will be unable to view the related field's value in the preview or use the related fields for rule definitions (which is likely uncommon anyway). If you would like us to disable subquery to see if it will solve your issue, please submit a case to our Support Team from within Cloudingo by going to Help >> Contact Support and request that we disable subquery for your organization.
