- The connected user's Salesforce profile is missing appropriate permissions on the Salesforce side. Have the Salesforce Administrator check the profile to ensure that the 'View All Data' and 'Modify All Data' options are enabled.
- This is a requirement to query some related object data (like related Latest Activity Date as an example).
- If these permissions are not allowed by your Administrator, our Support Team can disable subquery on the server side for your Account.
- This setting is done at the org level, and will impact all users using Cloudingo.
- This setting will not impact how the merge processes in Salesforce.
- The related field's value will not display in the preview.
- To disable subquery, please submit a case to our Support Team from within Cloudingo by going to 'Help' → 'Submit a Case' and request to disable subquery on the Account.
