Data Services

Overview

Cloudingo requires that you purchase credits before you can run the Address Validation/Standardization process against your records. Credits can be purchased for less than a penny per record from within the application using the credit card on file.

Navigation

1. Choose ‘Subscription’ → ‘Data Services’ from the top-right navigation options.
2. The number of available credits will display just above the ‘Buy More’ option.
   

Buy Tokens/Credits

1. Choose the ‘Buy More’ option.
2. Choose a purchase amount.
   1. Prices will be listed for each purchase option.
3. Choose the authorization checkbox.
4. Choose ‘Buy Now’.
   1. The credit card on file will be charged.
5. Tokens will be immediately applied to the Account and Address Validation jobs can be started.
