Invoices

If you need a copy of your upcoming invoice, you will need to contact your Account Representative directly. Support can send copies of past receipts, but cannot send upcoming invoices. In most cases, you can find details regarding your current subscription renewals within Cloudingo. Navigation steps can be found here under Admin >> Subscription. Ask your internal Cloudingo administrator to print out these details for your records.

If you need an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) or a copy of your MSA (Master Subscription Agreement), you will need to contact your Account Representative directly. In most cases, your MSA can find the MSA within Cloudingo. Navigation steps can be found here under Help >> Master Subscription Agreement.

Security

For security audit requirements, GDPR or Soc2 compliance questions, please contact your Account Representative directly. 


If you are not sure who your Account Representative is, you can contact our Support Team and we can get you to the correct person. Your Account Representative is typically the individual that assisted you with your initial purchase of Cloudingo and/or renewals.
