Invoices
To obtain a copy for an upcoming invoice, please contact your Account Representative directly. Cloudingo Support can send copies of past receipts, but cannot send upcoming invoices. In most cases, details regarding the current subscription renewals can be obtained from within Cloudingo. Ask the internal Cloudingo administrator to navigate to the 'Subscription' page (top right) to print out these details for your records.
Legal
To obtain an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) or a copy of your MSA (Master Subscription Agreement), please contact your Account Representative directly. In most cases, the MSA can be obtained from within Cloudingo. Ask the internal Cloudingo administrator to navigate to the 'Help' option (top right) and choose the 'Master Subscription Agreement' to print out these details for your records.
